Dinis Guarda is an author, academic, influencer, serial entrepreneur and leader in 4IR, AI, Fintech, digital transformation and Blockchain. With over two decades of experience in international business, C level positions and digital transformation, Dinis has worked with new tech, cryptocurrencies, drive ICOs, regulation, compliance, legal international processes, and has created a bank, and been involved in the inception of some of the top 100 digital currencies.
Dinis has 20+ years experience in international business and digital transformation. He’s also a Lecturer and Speaker in international business schools: Cambridge, Copenhagen Business School, INSEEC, Monaco University among others.

Tuan leads the Community team at SGInnovate, a Singapore Government owned organisation that invests in and helps build deep tech startups. In line with Singapore’s future economy strategy and the Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2020 roadmap, Tuan helps nurture a strong deep tech
ecosystem of stakeholders with interests in AI, medtech, quantum technologies, blockchain.
Within two years, Tuan has initiated collaborations with over 60 corporate and international partners, and established SGInnovate as a leading deep tech champion and go-to partner in Singapore and the region, with a community of more than 25,000 startups, investors, corporate innovators, researchers and academics, government and international partners.

Mr. Tam Nguyen has more than 17 year experience in the financial industry, with in-depth expertise in financial planning, wealth management, retail banking, priority banking, insurance… Over the past few years, he has engaged deeply in the space of digital, fintech and data.
At OCB, Mr. Tam is responsible for carrying out key initiatives to digitize banks’ products and operations, including customer journeys and back end operations. Ms. Yi enjoys working at the intersection of philosophical thinking, creative production, technology exploration, business development & social innovation. I see these areas as inter-connected.

Panelist: Michelle Ng, Senior Associate | Quest Ventures
Michelle Ng. is Senior Associate at Quest Ventures, a leading venture fund for technology companies that have scalability and replicability in large internet communities. She works closely with startups to accelerate their growth through a combination of incubation services and programmes. She is also responsible for key markets in Southeast Asia and emerging Asia.
Prior to this, Michelle was responsible for international startup ecosystem networks at the Action Community for Entrepreneurship — Singapore’s national entrepreneurship ecosystem builder — where she engaged startup communities in North Asia and Southeast Asia with market access and regional innovation initiatives, and in so doing anchored Singapore as Asia’s hub for entrepreneurship.

Dr. Duy Dang-Pham is a Lecturer and Senior Program Manager of Bachelor of Engineering (Software Engineering) (Honours) and Bachelor of Information Technology in the School of Science & Technology, RMIT University in Vietnam. He obtained his Ph.D degree in Business Information Systems, with a specialisation in data analytics for cyber security, from the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia in 2018. Dr. Dang-Pham teaches and conducts research into the areas of information security governance, business and learning analytics, digital business and innovation, and human-centred artificial intelligence. In 2016, he was awarded the RMIT Prize for Research Impact (Enterprise category), which recognized his active engagement with the industry through conducting impactful research. Since 2018, Dr. Dang-Pham have received various research and teaching awards from RMIT University.
